When the technology abide to the rules of Mother Nature, we reap better benefits. Blastocyst Culture is an Assisted Reproductive Technique with highly appreciable outcome. During the natural reproduction cycle of a human, the egg enters in to the fallopian tube , gets fertilized with the incoming sperms, and takes 4-5 days to reach the womb. In these 5 days it slowly rolls inside the tubal lumen with ongoing division of inner cells (Blastomeres). When it reaches 90 -120 cells , it forms a ball of cells , called Blastocyst which is now viable and ready to get implanted in the inner layer (Endometrium) of the uterus for further growth to form a baby fetus.
When Test Tube Baby is done using Blastocyst culture technique, the natural cycle of reproduction is mimicked , by culturing the embryos in the incubator for five complete days until Embryo Transfer after 120 hours.
